Terms of Service

Terms governing the use of SaaS Database — a company-data API product operated by Sales Led Oy (Clevenio).

1. Acceptance

By accessing the SaaS Database website, dashboard, or API, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service. These Terms apply between you (or the entity you represent) and Sales Led Oy (trading as Clevenio), a Finnish company headquartered in Helsinki.

2. The service

SaaS Database is a company-data API. Subject to your plan, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to query the API and use the returned data for your internal business or product purposes.

3. What you can — and can’t — do with the data

You can:

  • Use the data internally to enrich your CRM, your data warehouse, or your own product.
  • Display individual company records on customer-facing surfaces inside your product.
  • Combine the data with other public information you hold.

You can’t:

  • Resell or sublicense the raw database to third parties.
  • Build a competing company-data product or directory whose primary value is reselling our data.
  • Scrape the API to extract more data than your plan’s credits allow.
  • Use the data to attempt to re-identify individuals or build person-level marketing lists.

4. Plans, credits, and billing

  • Plans are billed monthly in advance. Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle.
  • Cached re-fetches of the same record within 24 hours do not consume additional credits.
  • We grant a 14-day money-back guarantee on first paid plans. After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion.
  • We may adjust pricing on 30 days’ notice for new billing cycles.

5. Beta features

Some features may be marked as beta. Beta features are provided as-is, may change without notice, and may be removed.

6. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime on non-Enterprise plans. Enterprise plans include an SLA.

7. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your API keys secret. Notify us immediately at security@clevenio.com if you suspect a key has been compromised. We will rotate or revoke compromised keys at no charge.

8. Intellectual property

The data, the documentation, the website content, and all associated intellectual property belong to Sales Led Oy. Your subscription grants a usage right, not ownership of the data.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (lost revenue, lost data, missed business).

10. Termination

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard. We may terminate your account for material breach (e.g., violating Section 3) on written notice with a reasonable cure period.

11. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by Finnish law. Disputes will be resolved in the District Court of Helsinki (Helsingin käräjäoikeus), unless EU consumer law mandates otherwise.

12. Changes to these Terms

We’ll publish updates here and notify active customers by email if the changes are material. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
