Privacy Policy

SaaS Database (saasdatabase.net) is a Clevenio product, operated by Clevenio. This page covers only what this website collects. Everything else — the product, your account, and your rights over any record we hold — is governed by the Clevenio privacy policy, which is the authoritative document. Where the two differ, the Clevenio policy applies.

The product contains company data, not personal data

SaaS Database is a company-data product. The records describe companies, not people — we deliberately do not include names, emails or phone numbers of individuals in the data we sell. This is what separates it from Clevenio’s contact-data products.

What this website collects

• Anonymised analytics — no tracking cookies, no advertising pixels, no fingerprinting
• Form submissions when you get in touch — name, work email, company, free-text message
• Server logs, kept 30 days for security and abuse monitoring

Form submissions are used to answer your request and are kept until you ask us to delete them, or 24 months after last contact. Analytics are kept 12 months. We do not sell or share this data with third parties for marketing.

Data-protection requests are handled by Clevenio, not through this site. Use the contact details on the Clevenio privacy policy — that way your request reaches the controller directly.
