SaaS Database (saasdatabase.net) is a Clevenio product, operated and sold by Clevenio. These terms cover your use of this website. The product itself — subscriptions, billing, API access, service levels and support — is governed by the Clevenio terms and conditions, which take precedence wherever the two differ.

Subscription & billing

Plans are priced, sold and billed by Clevenio, not on this site. Current plans are listed at clevenio.com/pricing, and the billing, renewal, cancellation and service-level terms that apply are the ones published in the Clevenio terms and conditions.

What you can — and can’t — do with the data

You can:

• Use the data internally to enrich your CRM, your data warehouse, or your own product.
• Display individual company records on customer-facing surfaces inside your product.
• Combine the data with other public information you hold.

You can’t:

• Resell or redistribute the raw dataset, in whole or in substantial part.
• Republish it as a competing directory or database.
• Train AI models on it without prior written agreement.
• Exceed the rate limits of your plan, or circumvent them.

Data and privacy

What this website collects is described in the privacy policy. SaaS Database is a company-data product — the records describe companies, not people. Your rights over any personal data we do hold, and how to exercise them, are set out in the Clevenio privacy policy.

Liability

This website is provided as-is. Liability for the product is limited as set out in the Clevenio terms and conditions. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost revenue.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Finnish law. Disputes are resolved in the District Court of Helsinki (Helsingin käräjäoikeus) unless EU consumer law mandates otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. The current version is always the one published on this page, and the Clevenio terms govern the product regardless.
